Duncan Clark, a Virginia resident, master falconer and breeder, set out on a mission. It's objective was to build the nicest breeding facilities in the state. The facilities use pole-barn construction, having a 20x56 foot storage area on the top, and their 4 foot overhang forms a shelter for the birds in the chambers below. There is room for 11 8x20x10ft chambers below, and 1 chamber 8x16x10ft. The birds are protected from predators on the outside by a 1in. galvanized, black PVC-coated chain-link fence (Duncan has bears :). Dave uses this as an annex to his breeding facilities, and fills the chambers with young breeding stock.
